We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our growing ELT team. As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in the regulatory & compliance industry in India while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems and have excellent written & verbal English communication.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  2. 6 months to 2 years of quotacarrying sales experience preferably in the regulatory or compliance industry.

  3. Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.

  4. Strong understanding of technology with the ability to adapt to CRM systems and other ERP tools.

  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand research and legal language.

  6. Proactive approach to updating CRM systems regularly and accurately.

  7. Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.

  8. Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced startup growth environment.

  9. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

  10. Commitment to maintaining data integrity in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation.

  2. Conduct regular followups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert sales opportunities.

  3. Utilize CRM systems particularly Zoho CRM to track leads update customer information and manage sales activities on a daily basis.

  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for targeted campaigns and strategies.

  5. Prepare and send proposals to leads addressing their specific needs for accounting compliance valuations etc.

  6. Coordinate with the accounts team to generate quotations and sales agreements for clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  7. Conduct sales discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate value propositions effectively.

  8. Stay uptodate with industry trends market dynamics and regulatory changes relevant to our business.

  9. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.



Candidate should be bachelor in any field and have strong will to work in our practice areas.Should have proficiency in English. LLB qualified candidates shall be given preference.
