Responsibilities:
Utilize statistical techniques to develop implement and enhance data models and algorithms to support decisionmaking processes and predict outcomes.
Filter and cleanse data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the reporting database and corresponding reports.
Develop and implement data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain tools for monitoring the performance of data models and algorithms continuously refining these for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Actively collaborate with business coordinators programmers software developers and management to identify areas for process improvement propose system modifications and develop data governance strategies.
Manage and maintain master database including creation updates and deletion ensuring the data is organized and presented in a readable and useful format.

Requirements:
Demonstrate knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis such as Excel R Python or other analytics/data mining packages.
Possess a Bachelors Degree (minimum) in Data Science Computer Science or a related field.
Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate strong problemsolving abilities with a creative approach to tackling complex data challenges and delivering practical solutions.
Have experience in supporting data structures understanding dependencies and managing data transformation.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
