We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial and Contract Specialist to lead our commercial bidding projects manage contract negotiations and provide indepth commercial analyses. As a vital member of our team you will play an essential role in ensuring contract quality driving profitability and managing transaction risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead bidding projects create commercial solutions respond to commercial bids and formulate bidding documents.
- Engage in contract negotiations pinpoint contract risks and implement measures to guarantee contract quality aligned with negotiation goals.
- Assist SDT in overseeing sales authorization standardizing sales decisionmaking operations and offering insightful decisionmaking commentary.
- Gather and scrutinize commercial data including local business environment insights customer needs and industry trends to refine our local commercial strategies.
- Oversee MAE&OTC process risks within the EBG CRM process and bolster swift robust business growth by refining transaction policies and methods.
- Supervise local company transaction quality evaluate transactions concerning profitability and risks and enhance transaction standards based on pressing issues.
Requirements:
- A background in International Trade International Management Finance Legal or related work experience.
- Able to speak and communicate in mandarin.
- 5 years experience in the legal field such as a Legal Officer.
- Proven track record in drafting contracts and engaging in customer negotiations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player selfdriven outcomefocused and highly autonomous.
- Proactive and innovative with exceptional communication skills across organizational levels.
