REQUIRED SKILLS

• Preferred 8 years of functional or operational experience in change management
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing developing and delivering training content (instructorled and eLearning)
• Experience in an enterpriselevel operational function and successful track record of leading largescale initiatives.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
• Ability to Storyboard
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and WebEx; knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise.
• Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
