- Experience in a Service Desk Analyst role / IT Support in a global organization.
- Flexible for rotational shifts (between 5am to 5pm CST)/ Flexibility in shifting schedules
- Experience in delivering customer service through multiple channels including Inbound and Outbound calls chat and Selfservice.
- Experience Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems
- Proficient in supporting problem identification
- Windows XP 7 8 10 and Server PCs and MacOS support
- TCP/IP networking DNS and printer configuration
