Overview:
As an Electric Design Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing electrical systems and components for a range of projects. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of highquality innovative electrical designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing developing and testing electrical systems and components.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
- Performing feasibility and cost estimation studies for electrical designs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all electrical designs.
- Creating technical documentation such as schematics wiring diagrams and operation manuals.
- Optimizing electrical systems for performance reliability and costeffectiveness.
- Conducting research and staying updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies and techniques.
- Participating in prototype building testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Collaborating with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure the seamless transition from design to production.
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues in electrical designs.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for electrical design processes.
- Participating in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to enhance electrical designs.
- Supporting the maintenance and enhancement of existing electrical systems and components.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 67 yrs experience in design preferably with MEP consultancy background in design Hotels Office Residential buildings Metros etc.
- Proven experience in electrical design and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
- Excellent understanding of electrical principles components and systems.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
- Ability to conduct feasibility and cost estimation studies.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical designs.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Uptodate knowledge of emerging electrical engineering technologies.
- Experience in prototype building testing and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with procurement and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
