Continuous casting and Rolling mill Head

We are looking for a continuous caating and rolling mill head who can be based in Odisha

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Oversight:
Supervise continuous casting and rolling processes to ensure smooth
operations and optimal productivity.
Monitor equipment performance and address technical issues promptly to
minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and
repairs.
2. Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet
industry standards and customer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects and deviations
implementing corrective actions as needed.
Work with quality assurance teams to improve product quality and
consistency.

3. Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working
environment.
Conduct safety training and provide guidance to employees to promote safety
awareness.
Perform safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential
hazards.

4. Production Planning and Optimization:
Develop production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and
production targets.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for
process improvement.
5. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and supervise a team of operators technicians and support staff.
Provide guidance training and support to team members to ensure their
success.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans to
enhance team performance.

6. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary changes to
ensure compliance.
7. Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with other departments to coordinate production activities and address
issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and
objectives.
