Tasks
- Provide 1st line support to customers in case of incidents incidents problems and requests related to hardware and software products basic networking etc. in a timely manner
- Ensure pleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to a relevant department
- Act as a team player be a helpful and effective member of the team
- Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries
Requirements
- Professionally fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasise with the customer
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email chat)
- Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts
