Customer Service Assistant Dutch speaking

Tasks

• Provide 1st line support to customers in case of incidents incidents problems and requests related to hardware and software products basic networking etc. in a timely manner
• Ensure pleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to a relevant department
• Act as a team player be a helpful and effective member of the team
• Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries

Requirements

• Professionally fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasise with the customer
• Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email chat)
• Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work rotating shifts
