Salary Range: $130000 $180000 per year

As a Manager in our management consulting team you will lead diverse client projects that involve strategic planning process improvement and organizational change. This role demands a dynamic leader who can integrate deep industry and functional knowledge with a keen understanding of clients business needs to deliver impactful solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple consulting projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the clients satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct indepth business analyses to identify problems opportunities and valueadded solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement organizational changes and enhancements.
• Guide and mentor teams of consultants fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting skill development.
• Drive innovation in services and methodologies to maintain competitive edge in the consulting market.
• Prepare and present highquality business proposals and presentations to senior management.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
• Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the consulting field.

• Educational Background: Masters degree in Business Administration Management or relevant degree/experience.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in management consulting with a proven track record in project management and client service.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in strategic and operational consulting financial analysis and business process optimization.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams and managing projects with exceptional mentorship capabilities.
