The Corporate Banking Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and assisting senior bankers in managing financial portfolios structuring credit facilities and executing financial transactions. This role requires a mix of analytical prowess client service skills and financial acumen to effectively meet the needs of our clients and help our team achieve its financial goals.

• Assist in the analysis structuring and execution of complex credit facilities and other banking products for corporate clients.
• Support the credit approval and risk management process by analyzing clients financial information and preparing risk assessments.
• Manage client relationships by coordinating with other departments to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials for new business opportunities and client meetings.
• Conduct industry market and clientspecific research to support recommendations for client strategies.
• Monitor and update client accounts to ensure compliance with credit agreements and risk parameters.
• Facilitate the execution of transactions and ensure that all client deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including treasury risk management and legal to enhance service delivery and address any client issues.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on financial strategies and solutions.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry regulations trends and competitive landscape to effectively advise clients and support business development efforts.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CFA) preferred.
• 24 years of experience in corporate banking financial services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
• Excellent problemsolving analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
