• Process assigned payrolls accurately and timeously.
  
• Verify the optimal integrity of employee information (i.e. personal financial job related) by ensuring that necessary corrections are processed on the system.
  
• Provide support to Human Capital (HC) departments of divisions and to Payroll team to investigate and resolve payroll related queries
  
• Ensure that tax validations are done and resolved monthly.
  
• Identify any needs for improvement of processes and procedures and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Control team s compliance with agreed processes to ensure clean audits.
  
• Process batch input from Payroll Administrators.
  
• Ensure all monthly payroll reports checks and balances are processed.

• Review skill set of team identify training needs with members and facilitate the necessary training
  
• Resource the team and recruit when required manage individual performance of team members and apply all relevant Human Capital practices to ensure an engaged and focused team
  
• Ensure that all Human Capital and Employee Relations related issues in the department are addressed
  
• Drive Talent Management and succession planning
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Payroll Administration with a minimum of 2 year s exposure to team leadership/supervisory role
  
• Experience in managing significant payroll volumes
  
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment
  

• Grade 12
  
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Finance/Accounting
