We need people who have been handling technical people/projects in the account management role. Those who have experience in handling clients inperson
We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing longterm relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining high level satisfaction to customers needs and requests responding to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Should be open to field visit
Additional Information
We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in Software application consulting
