Functions

As a Registered Nurse Manager you will oversee the management and coordination of a small Nursing Home catering to 11 service users with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs. Your responsibilities will include leading a team to deliver personalized care managing and supervising staff ensuring the delivery of highquality services and implementing leadership values into actions.

Requirements

• Level 1 Registered Nursing Qualification
• Current registration with NMC
• 5 years of significant nursing management and supervisory experience in a relevant nursing/care setting
• Experience in delivering services to people with learning disabilities and additional complex health needs
• Ability to coordinate highquality personalized care and support
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse staff teams
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
• Commitment to the companys values and mission
