Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Showroom Manager at Automobile industry located in Pokhara and Birtamode. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations of the showroom ensuring customer satisfaction providing excellent customer service and experience and driving sales. The Showroom Manager will also manage and supervise showroom staff maintain showroom appearance and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer behavior analysis to understand preferences buying patterns and market trends.
- Conduct thorough analysis of lost sales opportunities identifying key reasons and areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence data to stay informed about competitors market trends and customer demands.
- Oversee the payment collection process ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with external entities for exchange tieups.
- Plan and execute belowtheline (BTL) activities to increase brand visibility and drive showroom footfall.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks Financial Institutions (BFIs) and other financing partners especially with Branch managers Relationship Manager
- Ensure the showroom maintains high cleanliness standards to create a positive and welcoming customer environment.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment providing leadership and support to ensure the team achieves individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any interdepartmental issues promptly.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of drivers and office support staff.
Criteria:
Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of Experience in Automobile Industry.
