Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our project teams and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities resources equipment and information to help ensure that projects meet their intended deadlines and are completed within budget.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and goals.
- Coordinate activities resources timelines and information to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Communicate project needs and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Liaise with project staff and clients to collect all necessary project information.
- Organize attend and participate in stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on important actions and decisions.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and assist in project presentations and reviews.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and stepbystep action plans.
