Client is engaging with our company for educating enabling and scaling their Product Transformation goals. Our Company is working quarter by quarter with Clients Product and Agile Enablement org (PAE) on Product Operating Model priorities including Engineering Excellence and improved engineering practices across all business portfolios.
- PRODUCT TAXONOMY & ARCHITECTURAL CAPABILITIES: Partner collaborate coach and support education to reimagine Clients technology Product Taxonomy. The intent is to align business capabilities technology architecture and team topology.
- PRODUCT TEAM TOPOLOGY ARCHETYPES: Collaboratively lead alignment to formalize (document) product team topology archetypes fit for Foot Locker purpose and environment.
- WORKFORCE & TALENT: Create Technical Role Competencies and Skill Assessments; mapping out modern engineering roles architects engineer leadership. Showcase the differences between system integrators tester/QA roles and code contributing roles. Establish industry ratios for orchestration roles (i.e. coordinators analysts) to code contributing.
- OPERATING MODEL OBSERVATIONS: Share observations and recommendations around productoriented delivery (PODs) distributed expertise & governance business systems services and technology shared services.
