We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and growing their accounts. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts and develop strategies to grow their business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues
- Conduct regular facetoface meetings and phone calls with clients to identify their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and meet client expectations
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients highlighting the benefits of our products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products services and industry to effectively address client needs and concerns
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
