Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospective Tenant Interaction:

Respond to leasing inquiries promptly and provide information about available units pricing and leasing terms.

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants highlighting key features and benefits.

2. Lease Negotiation and Execution:

Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process explaining lease terms and answering questions.

Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements ensuring accurate documentation.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

Contribute to marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants.

Utilize various advertising channels online platforms and promotional events to generate leasing interest.

4. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants addressing inquiries concerns and providing information about the community.

Maintain a positive and professional image to enhance the overall tenant experience.

Attend and help coordinate monthly resident events. Not limited to office hours.

5. Market Analysis:

Stay informed about local market trends rental rates and competitor offerings.

Provide input on pricing strategies and leasing promotions.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized leasing files including prospect information and lease agreements.

Ensure compliance with all relevant leasing and fair housing regulations.

7. Collaboration with Property Management:

Collaborate with property management teams to communicate leasing updates availability and resident requirements.

Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are movein ready.

8. Lease Renewals:

Assist in coordinating lease renewal processes and communicate renewal options to current residents.

Implement strategies to maximize lease renewals and resident retention.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or a related field is a plus.

1 year of experience in residential leasing sales or customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
