As a Lead Generation Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by generating leads and increasing brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing has excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of demand generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels such as email social media webinars and events
Utilize marketing automation tools to create and manage campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and industry trends
Monitor and track campaign performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are qualified and handed off effectively
Continuously optimize demand generation strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to drive innovation in demand generation efforts
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
Proven experience in demand generation preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot Marketo or Pardot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
Selfmotivated and able to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships
Knowledge of SEO SEM and social media marketing is a plus
