Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization s goals and objectives.
- Check the complete export shipping documents like Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading Certificate of Origin along with other set of documents as required.
- Direct optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.
- Coordinate with different departments for LC payment and other necessary information.
- Ensuring the internal system is updated in a timely manner.
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment.
- Communication with transporter / shipping line.
- Handle complaints and provide feasible solutions.
- Monitoring the performances.
- Supervise coach and train the subordinates.
- Reporting and other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
- Should have minimum master s degree (Preferable Management with major in supply chain management)
- Thorough Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC)
- Knowledge of International Procurement with Vendor Management PO Issuance PI reviewing and the management of shipment.
- Knowledge of International trade regulations and customs procedures including LC documentation and negotiation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors suppliers shippers and customers.
- Should have a minimum of 35 years of prior experience.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Maintain and analyze performance and implement improvements.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
