Supply Chain Manager

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization s goals and objectives.
• Check the complete export shipping documents like Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading Certificate of Origin along with other set of documents as required.
• Direct optimize and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Coordinate with different departments for LC payment and other necessary information.
• Ensuring the internal system is updated in a timely manner.
• Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment.
• Communication with transporter / shipping line.
• Handle complaints and provide feasible solutions.
• Monitoring the performances.
• Supervise coach and train the subordinates.
• Reporting and other duties as assigned.

• Should have minimum master s degree (Preferable Management with major in supply chain management)
• Thorough Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC)
• Knowledge of International Procurement with Vendor Management PO Issuance PI reviewing and the management of shipment.
• Knowledge of International trade regulations and customs procedures including LC documentation and negotiation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors suppliers shippers and customers.
• Should have a minimum of 35 years of prior experience.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Maintain and analyze performance and implement improvements.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
