Job Overview:
Domus is seeking a talented Bilingual Recruitment Associate who is completely fluent in both written and spoken English AND French. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing interviewing helping complete security applications and performing some Administration tasks. Such tasks could include documents like safety talks helping writing policies and providing support to our parent company as required.
Competitive Salary range of $60000$65000/Year depending on level of experience. Eligible for an annual bonus as well.
Must have 10 years Canadian Residency and the capability to achieve or already have a Secret level Canadian clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Work with Zoho ATS ( applicant tracking system )
Sourcing candidates through various channels
Working with candidates both internally and externally through all the stages of preparing applications for various roles that require higher levels of security clearances most of these are inperson at the office location
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the various roles
Helping put together and completing onboarding packages for regular employees and for the more complicated hiring paths that include positions with Canadian Security Clearance requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews for the various Operations Managers and Supervisors as needed
Manage the recruitment process from the application stage to offer stage ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide weekly updates to Operations and hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process for open filled inpipeline positions.
Other duties as may be required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluency in oral and written French and English is a must.
CHRP would be considered an asset
Bachelor s degree or diploma in related field is considered an asset
1 to 2 years as a talent acquisition specialist
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and external partners
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable transportation to various sites required
Working Conditions:
This role requires work at the company Head Office or at various locations throughout Ottawa and occasionally other city locations in Ontario to conduct investigations provide coaching/support and facilitate learning. This position generally works Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern time but may occasionally require some additional hours on evenings and weekends as needed.
