The role of a Floor Manager in a medical centeris critical for ensuring smooth operations and quality patient care.

Job Brief

• Overseeing the daytoday operations of a hospital floor.
• Ensuring patient care standards are consistently met.
• Coordinating with medical and administrative staff to facilitate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising the nursing staff and other personnel on the floor.
• Implementing policies and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Assisting in the management of patient care services and medical center resources.
• Addressing and resolving any issues related to patient care or staff performance.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws regulations and medical center policies.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare administration(preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a medical center (or hospital).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures.
