In this position you will provide technical postsales guidance to AutomatIT s customers while maintaining longterm relationships identifying pain points and addressing them while collaborating with Sales Solution Architects DevOps and FinOps teams. In this role you will work closely with the Customer Success Managers assigned to your joint customers to identify new business opportunities.
