Roles & Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to leads and potential clients from provided lists or databases
Handle incoming calls from clients seeking information about our properties services and processes.
Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties pricing amenities financing options and any other relevant details.
Assess the needs and preferences of the caller to determine their level of interest and potential as a qualified lead.
Set up appointments for interested clients to visit properties or in the office or meet with sales agents.
Maintain a followup schedule for leads who require more time or information before making a decision.
Record and update client information inquiries and interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless information flow and a smooth transition from inquiry to sale.
Meet daily weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead progress.
