Industry experience : at least 710 yrs in Manufacturing Heavy engineeringPower Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Department to understand their recruitment needs including projectspecific requirements timelines and talent profiles.

Employ proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for MEP positions including engineers project managers and technical specialists.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews interviews and technical evaluations to ensure alignment with requirements.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs staying ahead of industry trends.

Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws industry standards and safety regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Foster strong client relationships by providing regular updates performance metrics and recommendations for continuous improvement

Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and tools such as HR software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in candidate selection background checks and onboarding.

Stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor analysis to advise client on market conditions and recruitment strategies.

Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to client and internal stakeholder highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
