We are currently on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) (m/f/d) for our client a Berlinbased Fintech/Wealth Tech startup targeting the upper retail mass market and lower affluent market. The company operates in the German market with plans for international expansion. The Chief Product Officer (CPO) (m/f/d) plays a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients product. This multifaceted position requires a combination of strategic thinking deep product expertise and strong leadership skills. At present this wellfunded startup is in the initial stage/pregotomarket phase.

On behalf of our client we are looking for a

Chief Product Officer (m/f/d) (perm fulltime)

to join their team. The location of the role is Berlin.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy

• Design unique product proposition (USP)

• Conduct thorough market research including focus and expert groups

• Formulate a comprehensive product roadmap based on research findings

• Manage the product management and design team ensuring agile methodologies

• Regular communication with founders to align product vision with business goals

• Collect and analyse user feedback to enhance product features

• Promote and oversee agile product development practices

• Ensure quality assurance and testing processes

• Consider scalability in product development

• Cultivate partnerships and integrations for enhanced product offerings

Requirements

• Native German speaker preferably based in Berlin
• 10 years in product management
• Proven experience in building and launching successful FinTech products
• At least 3 years in Wealth Tech or a closely related field
• Ownership of the product and product roadmap
• Potential founding experience is a plus
• Familiarity with technology and an affinity for product design
• Success of the first 6 months in this role is measured by the development and formulation of the product roadmap and the vision for the new product
• Downtoearth and humble personality with a friendly and transparent demeanour
• Resultoriented and dedicated to building new and innovative products
