Your goal as receptionist

To make the clients experiences exceptional by providing fabulous service and supporting the therapists.

Tasks

In your daily work you will...

• greet and interact with clients and families
• answer phone calls
• make bookings for therapists
• keep the clinic clean and tidy
• take payments on the EFTPOS machine
• send out invoices
• answer email enquiries
• perform other admin duties as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who...

• is fun enthusiastic and keen to learn
• is passionate about working with children and young adults particularly those with disabilities
• is experienced with and/or eager to learn about using Client Management Software
• has a Working With Childrens Check or is willing to get one
• is willing to get a Victorian Police Check
• has rights to work in Australia
• has proof of COVID19 vaccination
• we would particularly love to hear from people with diverse cultural linguistic and gender identities
