General Description of Role and Responsibilities
- Experience in project control (costs and scheduling) for large comprehensive projects and assume total responsibility for controlling them
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and proven experience in cost engineering business management cost estimation standards control analysis planning scheduling schedule preparation and analysis
- Experience in setting standards and establishing special systems for all project control activities
- Practical knowledge of engineering contracts procurement and construction contracts and the status of business operations
- Overlook planning and Scheduling sections cost estimators cost accountants financial analysts and quantity surveyors
- Responsible for risk management risk registers and risk mitigation
- Responsible for program documentation management
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Management or equivalent degrees from an accredited university
- At least years of experience in project control including holding the position of project controls manager in mega projects
- Participate in continuous improvement and support capacity building
- Management and supervision skills and people management tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good work experience on a global scale (preferably work experience in the Middle East Saudi Arabia)
