These changes impact both our clients and internal stakeholders across lines-of-business around the globe.

The qualified candidate will support Field Strategy's 5 Centers-of-Excellence; Ready-to-Launch, Change Readiness, Migrations, Field Enablement and Communications through the creation and execution of data collection, transformation and visualization strategies to provide best-in-class support to all internal stakeholders.

Additionally, the successful candidate will work on various other projects within the organization to better support the Client Coverage teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver nimble solutions for data architecture, identifying and building input tools, automation, statistics, and visualization projects
• Lead Design Thinking process with an ability to assess requirements from a range of stakeholders and develop scalable and innovative solutions.
• Drive technical sessions with upstream teams to gather and integrate various data elements into reporting for downstream stakeholders
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder projects with significant impact on the business end-to-end including: requirements gathering, helping define problem statement(s) and vision, development, documentation, training, roll out and support
• Provide robust analytics to assist the business in moving forward with data driven decisions
• Provide tools to enable client coverage teams to achieve/exceed goals
• Coach team members on execution of projects across ***** Payments domain
• Contribute to development and implementation of best practices, project standards and procedures ensuring consistency and clarity among all partners & stakeholders
• Assist in development of reporting needs for the organization
• Capable of learning new tools and techniques to complete projects, while leading knowledge-share sessions with internal team

Qualifications:

• Experience working with large and disparate relational databases; HIVE, Impala, Teradata and Oracle preferred
• Hands on development and maintenance experience in Business Intelligence, automation, and data analysis tools such as SQL, Cognos, Excel, Alteryx, UI Path and Business Objects to create automated solutions and analytic insights for data visualization
• Experience in data visualization and reporting using Tableau for executive level audiences
• Data mining skills with applied statistics experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing through influence, collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
• Experience delivering complex process improvement and technology initiatives at scale, collaborating with multiple teams / functions, and driving change within large organizations
• Strong presentation skills
• Exposure to strategic planning process including business case development
• Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are critical
• 3+ years of related experience in field analytics and strategic reporting
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, business, finance or mathematics (Preferred)
