Farm Supervisor

Job Duties: Coordinate and supervise the work of agricultural workers in general and harvesting labourers. In charge of overseeing and supervising breeding and other livestock-related programmes. Oversee and supervise the growth of crops and other crop-related activities. Establish work schedules and processes. Ascertain that agricultural safety and biosecurity regulations are adhered to. Ensure that quality control and manufacturing records are kept up to date. May perform general farm duties. Job Requirements: High School Education is required. A college certificate or other specialized training in agriculture. Basic farm knowledge may be required for employment. A course or certificate in first aid may be required.
