الوصف الوظيفي

  • Responsible for managing operations related to the implementation of business policies, making and organizing the implementation of the Companys business plan in the Asian market.
  • Orientation and development of Marketing strategies in accordance with business plans in each period in many different foreign markets.
  • Research and develop new markets, build close relationships with customers/partners in many countries, especially China, India... to build potential markets and create new opportunities. business opportunities suitable for the purpose of revenue growth for the company
  • Define business goals, including market expansion, revenue growth, customer acquisition programs and business strategy development;
  • Analyze data related to customers, business results to make revenue predictions in the next period in many markets in different countries.
  • Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
  • Coordinate with related departments to maintain the efficiency of the Companys businessapparatus.

Requirements

  • At least 03 years of working experience in the position of head of sales, operations or equivalent positions in large companies and corporations in Europe and Asia operating in the field of business investment consulting. business;
  • Graduated with a Masters degree or higher or equivalent majoring in Economics, Science at one of the leading universities abroad;
  • Having in-depth knowledge and ability to advise in the fields of economics, science and technology
  • Understanding the culture, people and working style of partners and customers from Europe and Asia;
  • Knowledge of the companys industry;
  • Possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills, presentation and persuasion skills, fluent in many languages, preferably English;
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills with data and problem solving;
  • Willing to work abroad to find and work with customer partners from Europe and Asia
