الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to facilitate company processes
- Identify and handle or resolve problems and issues that arise, to facilitate the smooth running and continuity of the business.
- Provide a complete correspondence service, routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate, to ensure that all mail is dealt with efficiently.
- Ensure that minutes of meetings are documented and circulated on time and follow up on the action to be taken as appropriate to maximize time management efficiency for the Vice President.
- Provide time management/diary service and ensure the ability to attend all key meetings at the appointed times with all agendas and all relevant documents needed for the meeting.
- Act as first point of contact for both internal and external parties who wish to contact or meet the Vice President and screen the requests to ensure those with genuine and important reasons are given priority.
- Assess the priority of meetings in order to determine the timing of meetings
