Software Architect

Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.

Create high-level product specifications and design documents.

Provide the development team with architectural blueprints to follow.

Guide and assist the development team throughout the process.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design.

Ensure that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines.

Present regular progress reports and set goals.

Test the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.

Update software solutions as required

Responsible for transforming the overall business vision case into an expected solution

Provide leadership in solving complex business problems through the effective use of technology

Assist in developing strategic roadmaps and development plans

Build system architecture and design, including software, hardware, communications, and interface requirements.

Perform a leadership role during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsible for achieving an understanding of the organization, and the business system

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information and computer systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience in software design and architecture

Experience in managing cross-functional application development teams.

Significant and relevant work experience with one or more of the following technology frameworks

o Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

o Microsoft Solutions Framework

o Agile/SCRUM
