الوصف الوظيفي
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the In Bound Department to deliver our vision and mission.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Materials Planning and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy
- Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.
- Plan and implement actions in the development of materials management that lead to lowest total cost in terms of inventory, lead time, delivery, service, and maintain performance to expectations.
- Create and nurture an environment of teamwork between operations, transportation, purchasing, and supplier partners surrounding supplier capacity planning and balanced purchase order placement to support continuous improvements in sales and operations planning.
- Identifies opportunities to optimize supply chain value through business partnerships (Internal and External).
- Capture operating constraints and business requirements to analyze, develop and implement inventory planning solutions that optimize inventory across the network.
- Identifies Supply Chain improvement opportunities and drivers for customer satisfaction to anticipates needs.
- Oversees the activities of gathering sources of information (e.g. industry benchmarks) and collaborates with other business areas to design/improve processes.
- Applies risk assessments to processes and procedures, taking appropriate steps to minimize risk to an acceptable level.
